Prof. Dieter has trimmed his career in the education field and international business with several positions – currently as Head of MBA Programmes at the FHNW School of Business, as Programme Manager of the Swiss-Asian MBA, as Programme Manager of the MBA-MCI in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and as Technical and Scientific Manager of the Swiss Innovation Challenge. He has under his belt, more than 30 years of experience in more than 40 countries as a consultant, trainer, researcher and entrepreneur. Prof. Dieter has a Ph.D. in International Management from the University of Münster, Germany. He takes on Internationalisation Strategies.

Dr. Andreas is known for his involvement in In-Vitro Diagnostics and E-Health, a collaborative project with the Schools of Life Sciences, Engineering and Applied Psychology. He also focuses on sustainability innovation and social entrepreneurship, and has deep-delved into the benefits of international activities offered at the School of Business Swiss Innovation Challenge programmes with local partners in Asia. Dr. Hinz lectures a Special Module in Digital Entrepreneurship, with teaching and consulting experience in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management (MBA-MCI), Principles of Management (BSc IM) and Development Economics (BSc Bök).

She is currently a Professor of Management and Human Resources at Audencia Business School (France), and she speaks widely on gender equality in the workplace, and how gender inequality manifests itself in that workplace and the importance of networking. At FHNW School of Business, she lectures on Leading Employees.

A decorated leader with the Full Professor title awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland, Prof. Dr. Dorota has mastered the art of corporate governance, and is an expert in the fields of auditing, accounting and business history and public sector accounting. She actively participates, year on year, in skilled Business Leaders for Skilled Europe through Lead4Skills, and in Measurement and Communication of Performance in Higher Education Sector. A Comparative Study of Poland and Nordic Countries. She takes on Financial and Management Accounting at FHNW.

Prof. Dr. Uta earned a Ph.D. in Economics at Eberhard-Karls-University Tübingen, Germany, with a scholarship for the doctorate programme at Baden-Württemberg. She started her career in the banking sector before crossing over to education. Since 2000 she has been working for the FHNW School of Business. Besides being a professor of economics, she is also Programme Manager of the Master of Business Administration and is responsible for all Executive Education programmes of the Institute of Management.

Prof. Dr. Michael is a practitioner and an academic in the field of sustainable business. He is an acknowledged expert in sustainability, feedback systems thinking, and organisation development and provides seminars and corporate training internationally. He teaches Business Ethics and Sustainability and lectures a Special Module on Digital Transformation. He is the founder of mvk – Kutzschenbach Institute for Sustainability Studies and a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für System Dynamics e.V.

Prof. Dr. Frederic spent a decade as a consultant and associate lecturer at John F. Kennedy-Fulbright Scholar in Business Organization and Administration, before spending the last three decades in Asia, Vietnam specifically, contributing to the advancement of business education. He is currently also Professor at Thammasat University in Thailand. He has a Ph.D. in Policy and Management and a Master in Economic and Social Development, both earned at the University of Pittsburgh. At FHNW Dr. Fred lectures Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods, and Strategic Management.

Under the Fulbright Scholarship Program, Dr. Andika received his Ph.D. in Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, USA in October 2015. His research areas lie in the intersection between organisation theory, organisational behaviour, cross-cultural management, and business ethics. Previously the International Relations Director at SBM ITB (2015-2018), he currently serves as Head of International Partnerships at ITB in Indonesia. He has been a representative of ITB in the Swiss-ASEAN Learning & Teaching (SALT) Network and was a visiting lecturer at the ESB Business School (Reutlingen University) in Germany. At FHNW, Dr. Andika teaches Cross-Cultural Management.

Dr. Anne is the Professor of Human Resource Management at FHNW School of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Zurich in 2009. She then worked for several years in the HR department of an international insurance company. Since 2015, she teaches Human Resource Management at FHNW and conducts extensive research on human resources, most recently on ‘Flexible Working’ and ‘HR in Digital Transformation’

From a managing director working in London, Prof. Dr. Clemens is now back in the education industry as a lecturer in Strategic and Operative Marketing and conducts a company simulation game at the FHNW School of Business. With a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, his expertise lies in international management, cross-cultural management and marketing analytics. Dr. Clemens is Associate Professor at the Thammasat Business School in Thailand and Associate Editor of the Journal Kybernetes which covers topics related to cybernetics.
